EXTERIOR REPAINTING of SIDING AND TRIM
Take the floor space of the house plus the floor space of the garage and multiply that times $1.10-1.20
For Example:
1600 sq. ft. house with 400 sq. ft. garage
2000 sq. ft. x $1.10 = $2200 + Sales Tax
HOW DOES THIS BREAK DOWN:
Approx. 45-50 hrs. x $35 per hr. = $1500 labor charge
Approx. 12-13 gallons of paint @ $25 per gallon = $300 materials
This should be considered a starting price for a same color repaint on a home not more than 20 years old.
This price would not include deck or deck railing.
Will work for a contracted price or will work hourly for $35 per hour, depending on size of the job.

Take the floor space of the house and multiply that times $1.25
For Example:
1600 sq. ft. x 1.25 = $2000, plus sales tax
HOW DOES THIS BREAK DOWN:
Approx. 45 hrs. x $35 per hr. = $1600 Labor
Approx. 12-13 gallons of paint@ $25/gallon = $400 paint
This price would apply only to EMPTY houses or apartments. For example, empty homes for sale, or rental properties in between tenants.
